We are proud to say that all of our designs are one-of-a-kind; AFM guarantees your design will not be reproduced for any other client or group! As soon as this concept model is approved, we go into custom mascot costume production. (See Mascot Production for details and photos of our production processes.) Although we warranty our Mascot Costumes for a full year, busy venues and exuberant fans can require small repairs periodically. We guarantee our work, and if any Cleaning or repair are required at the end of your busy first year promotion schedule, --contact us for the complimentary first year cleaning and repair service.

The Standard shipping rate on our mascot costumes is $300.00. If a rush order is required, or other extraordinary costs are applicable, we will advise you of the amount after checking with our Carrier for current rates.

Customs into the US these days can be a bit touchy, ranging from 1 day to 1 week -- IF there are no delays. This time factor is beyond our control, we always do our best to expedite shipping, please be patient if there is a Custom's delay.

For organizations wishing to run simultaneous promotions with their mascots, our costume Duplication Services are cost-effective. Your mascot can be at Events across the country, all at the same time! We can duplicate any mascot costume, even if we didn't make the original. Out of respect for today's copyright policies, Duplication Services are only available to the Mascot's originating organization. Mascot Gallery features a few Duplicate Mascot images.
